DEFINE AND FOCUS

Before we engage with your customers we first need to fully understand your business by defining the challenge. This allows us to make sense of what you know, what you need to know and what you don’t. It helps brings clarity and focus to the challenge.

 

ENGAGE AND IMMERSE

This is when we go in-field and get close to your customers in their everyday lives. We go to their homes, take them shopping or drive in their car. We explore their attitudes, motivations and experiences. We watch what they do and ask them to show us what they mean. We uncover insights and reveal any disconnect between what someone says and what they actually do.

 

EVALUATE AND REFINE

This is an active, agile and vital part of our discovery. We evaluate behind the scenes to share, prioritise and cluster key themes. We will then check in with you so you’re involved and feel confident in our direction. Once you’ve had chance to ask questions and give feedback we will refine the story.

At our final presentation we will tell a story filled with passion, excitement and genuine curiosity defining opportunities to drive success.

 

PRIORITISE AND EMBED

Our job isn’t finished once we’ve presented our insights. We want to make the next step easy for you and ensure the research is utilised to its full potential. So after the initial delivery and discussion we will give you time to reflect, question and socialise with key stakeholders. We will then work with you to prioritise and roadmap the opportunities to deliver both quick wins and long term business success.
