Nichola is a proven, qualitative research specialist with over 15 years’ experience across a plethora of brands and categories. Whilst Kiwi born and bred, her research career was nurtured in some of Sydney’s most respected boutique agencies; ANOP Research and Galileo Kaleidoscope. In 2007 Nichola launched Fresh Focus and now back in NZ, the agency operates on both sides of the Tasman.

Sarah is a dynamic strategist with more than 20 years in marketing and brand strategy. Sarah cut her teeth in the UK before arriving in New Zealand in 2002. Since then she’s worked as a senior marketer in financial services and media. She spent 10 years at NZME publisher of The New Zealand Herald.
Sarah is a ‘people watcher’ who loves nothing more than uncovering what makes humans tick. Ryf is a veteran of the digital industry on both sides of the Tasman. He’s passionate about making a difference through insight, intuition and innovation with a strong focus on delivering strong commercial results for clients. Ryf has vast experience having been GM of leading media agencies including ZenithOptimedia, Carat and Razor group as well as client-side roles at Deloitte. As co-owner of Fresh Focus, Ryf is always looking at new opportunities to drive commercial success.
